Job Description
ReKlame Health is seeking a Business Operations Lead to build the systems, processes, and workflows that will support their next stage of growth. The ideal candidate will be able to solve problems, stay organized in fast-moving environments, and help turn complex challenges into clear, actionable plans.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in operations, business operations, healthcare operations, or related startup roles
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Experience building systems and processes across both clinical and non-clinical functions
  • Strong background in clinician operations, including onboarding, licensing, and credentialing
  • Experience with talent operations, recruiting processes, and workforce planning
  • Strong analytical and operational judgment
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and driving execution in fast-paced environments
  • Technology and AI Fluency: Comfort using AI tools, CRMs, automation, and systems thinking to increase individual and team output, improve workflows, and unlock operational efficiency
  • GRIT and Tenacity: You demonstrate resilience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude, consistently driving results even in the face of obstacles
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, behavioral health, or care delivery environments is mandatory
