Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Planning, FP&A, Business Management, Strategic Planning, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in business planning, budgeting/forecasting, and business performance management
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and report preparation
- Fluency in both Korean and English
- Experience in Corporate Planning or FP&A at a U.S. or North American entity
- Industry experience in manufacturing, MRO, procurement, or supply chain
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems, as well as AI tools, to analyze data and improve work efficiency
- Experience in management reporting and coordination between Korea HQ and overseas subsidiaries
