Role Overview

The Business Operations Specialist will support the BCA Fabrication Business Operations team in Auburn, WA, providing data analysis and business insights to drive decision-making processes. The role involves establishing metrics, tracking performance, and providing regular updates to leaders. The successful candidate will be a problem solver with experience in business operations, project management, and data analysis.

What You Will Do

The Business Operations Specialist will provide timely data analysis and business insights, establish metrics, track performance, and provide regular updates to leaders. They will also ensure integration across programs/functions and the enterprise, facilitate data sharing, and promote alignment and synergy.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or similar experience, with a strong background in data analysis and leadership. They will be able to travel up to 10% of work time and be willing to relocate based on candidate eligibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in Business Operations, project management, program management or similar experience
  • 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and leading high-level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
  • 5+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
