Role OverviewThe Business Operations Strategist provides analytic support for current and conceptual clinical business programs, correlating and communicating the effectiveness of financial impact on patient services strategic planning initiatives. The role involves providing facilitation and direction for new technology acquisition and planning, creating and overseeing business and financial implementation of short and long term clinical program development and strategies.
What You Will Do
The Business Operations Strategist will provide analytic and strategic support in consulting with Ambulatory Services administrative team regarding the selection, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of systems that support patient care processes. The role involves providing support in designing, implementing strategies, analyzing and evaluating financial monitoring activities and tools to identify and resolve financial performance improvement issues.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field, and three to five years of related operations, finance or process improvement experience. Certification in LEAN, SIX SIGMA or other process improvement methodology is strongly preferred.
