Job Description
Berkley Industrial Comp is seeking a Business Operations Technician to support their customer service and operations. This role involves onboarding clients, resolving insurance claims, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processes. The technician will serve as a primary point of contact for external customer inquiries and will provide technical support to underwriting and claims departments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years’ customer service experience preferred
Strong analytical skills
