Role Overview

The Business Performance & Strategy Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, operating, and continuously improving the business management system for the Methacrylate Resins Americas Business Unit. The position translates complex business needs into standardized processes, reliable data, decision-ready insights, and executable action plans. The Manager owns the governance and integration of business planning, forecasting, performance management, pricing, and profitability analytics, market intelligence, inventory, and working capital analytics.

What You Will Do

The Business Performance & Strategy Manager will own and manage the integrated business planning and performance management cycle, including annual budget, rolling forecasts, midterm planning, scenario analysis, and monthly Business Reviews. The Manager will analyze actual performance against budget, forecast, prior year, and strategic targets and quantify the impact of volume, price, mix, cost, and other business drivers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in business performance management, FP&A, commercial excellence, business planning, pricing, analytics, strategy, and operations or business transformation
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing processes, models, or management routines from the ground up
  • Operating experience as an autonomous individual contributor in a matrix organization
  • Experience integrating commercial, financial, supply chain, and operational information and presenting recommendations to senior leadership
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional priorities and strategic projects
  • Industrial, chemical, manufacturing, or complex B2B experience is strongly preferred
