Job Description
Boardwalk Pipelines is seeking a Business Process Analyst I, II, Sr to redesign workflows and improve operational value using digital tools. The successful candidate will work across operations, engineering, and corporate functions to eliminate waste and improve accuracy.

Requirements

  • Document current-state processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Design future-state processes that leverage digital tools
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to structure analysis and build business cases for change
  • Facilitate process workshops and working sessions with operations teams
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories
  • Partner with IT to align process design with enterprise architecture and data standards
  • Measure post-implementation process performance and report on realized value
