Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our OneERP program team as we roll out SAP S/4HANA across our Operating Companies. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical foundation from a Big 4 or large firm background and is comfortable learning new technical skills quickly.
What You Will Do
As a Business Process Analyst, you will serve as a liaison between Operating Companies and the implementation partner (Deloitte) during SAP S/4HANA design, build, and testing phases, and perform data reconciliation between legacy and S/4HANA systems.

Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience at a Big 4 (or similar large accounting/consulting/advisory) firm
- Strong accounting and financial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work across multiple concurrent workstreams
