Develop future-state process models and strategic recommendations aligned with mission and operational objectives. Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and non-value-added activities.

Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Secret Clearance
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement initiatives
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience with client relationship management in professional or consulting environments
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience creating business process documentation and workflow analysis artifacts
- Experience evaluating operational processes across people, process, and technology functions
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to simplify complex operational workflows and recommend practical improvement solutions
- Experience supporting federal or government environments preferred
