As a Business Process Improvement Consultant, you will work directly with stakeholders to assess current-state business processes, identify operational improvement opportunities, and develop future-state strategies that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and mission outcomes.

What You Will Do

Assess current-state business processes, workflows, and operational functions across the organization, develop future-state process models and transformation strategies, and conduct business process analysis to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Secret Clearance
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business process analysis and process improvement initiatives
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience creating business process documentation, workflows, and operational procedures
  • Experience evaluating organizational processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders
