Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Secret Clearance
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business process analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience creating business process documentation, workflows, and operational procedures
- Experience evaluating organizational processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders
