What You Will Do

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, process optimization, business analysis, operations analysis, or a related discipline.

- Experience conducting root cause analysis, process analysis, and structured problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with process mapping, process documentation, workflow analysis, and process standardization.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and SMEs.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop practical, data-driven recommendations.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, continuous improvement principles, and operational excellence.
- Experience with process modeling, workflow, or business process management tools.
- Understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, data analysis, and visualization.
- Exposure to business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI modeling.
- Understanding of change management principles and process adoption strategies.
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, Process Improvement, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
