Job Description
Primary responsibility is to build a portfolio of family owned, community minded, and multi-generational businesses, serving as a financial adviser and developing strong working relationships with Retail Bank Market Leaders.

Requirements

  • Develop a portfolio of family owned, community minded, and multi-generational businesses
  • Work closely with retail bank leaders as a small business adviser
  • Develop strong working relationships with Retail Bank Market Leaders
  • Complete 15 face-to-face meetings with business decision makers weekly
  • Develop strong referral relationships with Bank's insurance agency, mortgage lending department, and other ancillary vendors
