Job Description
The Business Relationship Manager will shape and communicate a clear roadmap, participate in intake processes, and provide insight through metrics and reporting to support transparency and informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Relationship Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related business–technology role
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and support issue escalation
  • Ability to utilize Data tools such as SQL, Power BI, etc. to create/appreciate POC’s in a fast-paced data-driven projects
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working within Agile environments and understanding of IT delivery processes
  • Ability to develop business cases, articulate value propositions, and support change management efforts
  • Background in Data process improvement or Data product ownership preferred; moderate technical familiarity is a plus
