Role OverviewThe Business Relationship Manager is responsible for implementing and growing the Business Lending program. They develop and maintain long-term relationships with business owners and referral partners, champion and manage the origination of business loans, and contribute to the successful achievement of the Business Services objectives.

The Business Relationship Manager will develop and maintain long-term relationships with business owners and referral partners, originate business loans, analyze financial statements, and recommend appropriate lending solutions.
