What You Will Do
Represent corporate debtors, creditors' committees, individual creditors, and third-party purchasers in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Advise clients throughout all stages of corporate bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience handling Chapter 11 bankruptcies and corporate restructurings at a leading law firm
- General bankruptcy and restructuring experience representing corporate debtors, creditors' committees, individual creditors, and third-party purchasers
- Experience working in a corporate restructuring or bankruptcy practice at a comparable law firm is preferred
- Judicial clerkship experience, particularly with a bankruptcy judge, is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and day-to-day matter workflows
- Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York Bar, or eligibility for admission, required
Benefits
- Salary range $260,000–$390,000 annually
