Job Description
A leading law firm is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to join its Knowledge Management Project Management Office. This role partners with attorneys, business teams, IT, Knowledge Management, and vendors to design and implement scalable business solutions that improve operational efficiency, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the firm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows, law firm operations, and practice group needs
  • Experience with knowledge management systems, legal technology platforms, or enterprise business systems
  • Familiarity with process automation and workflow tools such as Power Automate, Neota Logic, or document automation platforms
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working with data, AI-enabled technologies, and process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
  • Collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
