Business Solutions Manager

The Business Solutions Manager supports the growth, client service, and operations of Elevate Business Solutions. This role combines business development, client relationship management, HR consulting support, marketing, project coordination, vendor management, and operational administration.

What You Will Do

Develop client and partner relationships, support HR-related service delivery, coordinate resources and implementation activities, promote Elevate services, and contribute to business planning, reporting, and operational success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of experience in human resources, business development, client service, account management, project management, operations, marketing, or a related field
• Working knowledge of HR practices, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll/HRIS concepts, and compliance awareness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR, payroll, marketing, and reporting systems
• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, networking events, and professional development activities
