Job Description
The Business Solutions Specialist serves as a strategic partner between business units and the technology teams, working closely with department leadership to understand operational needs, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business challenges into well-defined initiatives that align with CoServ strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Project Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments to coordinate initiatives or operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs and translate them into structured initiatives or projects.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and working directly with department leadership or stakeholders.
