Job Description
The Business Solutions Specialist serves as a strategic partner between business units and the technology teams, working closely with department leadership to understand operational needs, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business challenges into well-defined initiatives that align with CoServ strategic priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Project Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
5 years of experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments to coordinate initiatives or operational improvements.
Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs and translate them into structured initiatives or projects.
Experience facilitating meetings and working directly with department leadership or stakeholders.
