Role OverviewLead and work with multi-disciplinary project teams to leverage new and/or existing technology and system functionality in support of customer-focused IT solutions. Oversees various system projects of a highly complex nature, formulating and defining project scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
What You Will Do
Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate into proper system requirement specifications. Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. Identify opportunities for workflow, process, and productivity improvements that utilize existing system functionality or automation tools.

Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or relevant functional area, or equivalent work experience in Computer Science and/or related functional area
- Minimum of six (6) years experience in functional area with increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience developing and/or supporting Information Technology systems
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant business and industry requirements
- IT project management experience required
- Professional/clinical licensure (RN, ARRT, etc.) may be required based on assigned applications
