Role Overview

Leads diverse administrative functions for a large department or business unit, including financial control, personnel processes, audit/compliance, and coordination of projects. Administers bank programs and policies, and may direct the development of administrative policies and procedures.

Manage associates, lead workflow activities, and direct the development of administrative policies and procedures. Demonstrate process knowledge, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.
