Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in information technology development
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Three or more years of experience supporting business systems, data analytics, reporting, business operations, or information technology functions
- Experience using reporting, analytics, and visualization tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar technologies
- Experience analyzing business, customer, operational, and system data to develop reports, dashboards, and actionable insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, evaluate business processes, and leverage data to recommend practical solutions
