Role OverviewThe Business Systems Analyst Associate gathers business requirements and translates them into functional and technical requirements within the appropriate application systems. The analysis and configuration of application systems, modifying existing systems to improve workflow or to serve new purposes is critical in this role.
What You Will Do
Assists with developing test scripts, executing test plans and maintaining test cases to assess system functionality and ensure user acceptance testing. Collaborates with various internal departments, external customers, and leadership to obtain cross functional team consensus on the interpretation of business requirements and needs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ability to build collaborative relationships, interpret complex documentation, and use query tools. Experience with data testing and/or software application testing is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management or related field
- Five (5) years' business process analysis, data analysis or systems analysis experience with a complex system technology
- Data testing and/or software application testing experience preferred
