Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Coupa, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our Coupa platform across multiple modules, ensuring seamless integration with our enterprise systems. Key responsibilities include platform management & optimization, procurement & supplier collaboration, integration support, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, testing & documentation, and serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Coupa modules (P2P, SIM, Core, CRA).
  • Proven experience supporting Coupa-Oracle ERP and other system integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
