Role OverviewThe Business Analyst I supports DWM technology projects by turning business needs into clear, well-documented requirements and keeping project records accurate inside the PMO’s governance framework.
What You Will Do
Elicits and documents business requirements through interviews, workshops, and observation, using PMO templates. Maps current-state and future-state business processes and identifies gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Two (2) years of related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams/SharePoint
- Ability to learn and consistently use work management platforms such as Monday.com
- Ability to create process diagrams using Visio or a similar tool
- Ability to organize details, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
