Requirements

  • Perform systems analysis, data analysis, and production support for company applications and administration systems
  • Act as a liaison between internal business staff, IT technical teams and vendors to evaluate business needs and assist in driving system solutions to support the business
  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of business stakeholders
  • Provide functional requirement documents and training documents to meet users' needs
  • Facilitate training on new systems and/or process implementations
  • Assist with the analysis of workable solutions to application, web, and systems problems
  • Work on small to large scale projects that have system-wide impact
  • Communicate requirements to the development teams through the use of specifications, statements of work, project plans, or other forms of documentation
  • Perform testing to ensure optimal system configuration and performance
  • Provide support and guidance to end-users on company application functionality and capabilities
