Role OverviewThis key role directly supports the technical development of functional solutions for the business community by working closely with both the business and the development team.
What You Will Do
Work with business partners to implement, optimize, and enhance effective business solutions, document current and new business processes, and perform quality assurance and testing.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university or equivalent experience working as a Business Analyst
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a member of an Application Development team
- Minimum of 3 years of experience writing SQL queries preferred
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and communicate new information and processes to IT and business associates within the company
- Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills
