Role OverviewThe Business Systems Analyst will work on projects across various teams, including Infrastructure Services, to elicit and analyze business needs, and design solutions to improve existing systems. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

The BSA will conduct data analysis, design solutions, write technical requirements, test and implement technology solutions, conduct research, create procedures, provide training and support, and write proposals.

Requirements
- Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
