Role OverviewWe're seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support project work across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams. This is a hybrid contract role requiring a self-starter who takes ownership of assigned projects from requirements through implementation.
What You Will Do
Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs through stakeholder interviews and current-state process/systems analysis. Apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track and deliverables aligned to specification.

Requirements
