Job Description
Indiana Farmers is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work with various business product and technology delivery teams. The role involves eliciting, documenting, and communicating user behavior, user context, and system features. The individual will work with stakeholders, subject matter experts, product managers, application developers, and system architects to document system usability and changes to system designs and integrations to meet business value.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or related discipline
  • Experience working with and developing test plans and test scripts
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, manage sub-projects and meet deadlines
  • Excel, MSWord, Windows 365 experience
  • Knowledge of project methodologies and software development lifecycles
  • Identifies, considers, develops, and clearly documents business value and user value
  • Assists and directs business units in developing user stories, acceptance criteria and specifications to solve business challenges
  • Performs detailed analysis and reproducible steps on defects found during testing, or by system users by running queries, extracting XML, and identifying impacts to the system users
  • Excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill
  • Knowledge of automated testing, SharePoint and Jira, preferred
