Job Description
A close affiliate of Doosan Bobcat, Doosan Digital Innovation America, LLC (DDIA) is the primary provider of managed IT services to the world famous Bobcat Company. Beyond Bobcat, DDIA provides IT services to a wide variety of Doosan affiliates all over the world. We offer a robust internship program to college students to hone their creativity, critical thinking abilities, and collaborative spirit, all while moving our company forward.

Requirements

  • Representative on the Doosan Information and Communications America applications support team
  • Assist functional leads in all aspects of system support, including troubleshooting, testing, and documenting of issues found by users
  • Documents corrective actions taken to resolve logged incidents
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills in order to address system and process issues that arise in the functional business areas
  • Engage necessary Subject Matter Experts to effectively develop and implement change requests
  • Develop training material with a focus on the Oracle eBusiness & SAP ERP systems
  • Participate in, and co-lead formal training activities targeted towards a global end user community
