Job Description
The Business System Manager (BSM) has primary responsibility for managing the system(s) supporting Fraud Protection. The BSM manages the daily functions of the systems that support the fraud protection processes, including oversight of business requirements, defects, communications, system access, user-acceptance testing and production certification.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • 5 or more years system implementation and/or operations experience
  • System implementation experience with payment/deposit systems preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and customer service skills
