Role OverviewThe Business Systems Manager oversees the strategy, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of business systems across Red Apple Services, ABC Mechanical, and Good Hearts Gear. This role partners with leadership to automate workflows, improve reporting, strengthen data integrity, and ensure technology supports long-term growth.
What You Will Do
Own and administer SafetyCulture, Service Titan, Freshservice, and future enterprise platforms. Lead software implementations, integrations, testing, and change management. Develop SOPs, workflows, documentation, and employee training.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving organizational change
