Job Description
The Ohio Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures, schedule meetings with business owners, and develop and document changes to the UKG module. The successful candidate will work closely with the service assurance, managed services, system designers, and Human Resources Division to implement configuration changes and provide support to agencies. The role requires a completion of undergraduate core coursework in business administration, public administration, information systems, engineering, or a comparable field, and 2 years of experience in business process transformation, organizational design, strategic human capital management, and/or business process reengineering.

Requirements

  • Completion of undergraduate core coursework in business administration, public administration, information systems, engineering, or comparable field
  • 2 years experience in business process transformation, organizational design, strategic human capital management &/or business process reengineering
  • Knowledge of Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS), PeopleSoft web-based application, PeopleSoft HCM & UKG software, business administration, laws, rules, & regulations relating to benefits, business process & organizational engineering, and agency policies & procedures
  • Skill in operation of personal computer & associated hardware & software, configuring UKG, use of enterprise resource planning system (e.g., PeopleSoft/OAKS), and ability to deal with many variables & determine specific course of action, use proper research methods in gathering data, gather, collate & classify information, draft &/or edit administrative policies, procedures, informational booklets & directives, and provide production support 24 hrs./day, 7 days/week
