Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a Litigation Paralegal you will work closely with our talented attorneys providing support before, during and after trials.

Prepare legal documents, conduct research, communicate with clients and court, and perform administrative duties.

Requirements
- Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program
- Experience in Personal Injury, WC, Premises, or other injury related practice areas
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures
