Role OverviewThe Busser/Runner will support bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff with a variety of duties that help with the operations of the restaurant and bar. The role involves clearing tables, resetting tables, and completing daily side work tasks efficiently and thoroughly. The Busser/Runner will also be proactive in seeking out additional duties and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include supporting servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff with food running needs, clearing tables, resetting tables, and completing daily side work tasks. The Busser/Runner will also change out depleted beverage syrup and kegs, replenish ice bins, and maintain a team-focused attitude.
