The ideal candidate has 1-year meat cutting experience, good communication skills, and can safely operate knives and other equipment.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum 1-year meat cutting experience, with product knowledge
  • Safely use/operate knives, band saws, grinders, cube steak machine, and meat wrapper
  • Great customer service
  • Good oral communication skills
  • Ability to successfully work on a team
