Requirements

  • Four-year degree in business; operations management focus preferred.
  • Three to five years of purchasing experience in an ERP environment
  • Industrial Automation experience a plus
  • ASCM or ISM involvement desirable; certification a major plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in driving change within a supply chain organization
  • Ability to find and deliver cost savings
  • Strong supplier collaboration skills
  • Understanding of accounting practices
  • Strong grasp of Microsoft products including Excel, Power BI, Copilot, Powerpoint
