Job Description
The Drop Ship Buying Coordinator will support the initiatives of the Third Party Buying team by overseeing the drop ship assortment and owning the day-to-day operations of the drop ship program. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in the retail buying and merchandising career path, is detail-oriented, proactive, and will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
Vendor on-boarding
Uploading new product data and imagery
Managing order status
Uploading tracking information
Managing inventory updates
Ensuring all drop ship orders are fulfilled accurately and completed on time
Acting as the operational liaison between vendors and various internal teams
Managing vendor relationships through active and frequent communication
Overseeing management of drop ship platform
Making daily updates to the active assortment
Ensuring product data is accurate and consistent across all systems and platforms
Placing manual drop ship orders as needed
Supporting buyers in analyzing product trends
Assisting the team on day to day activities
