Role OverviewAct as a lead worker over lower-level BWC fraud investigators, monitoring cases and conducting case reviews to determine progress and ensure proper steps are taken. Review and critique reports of investigation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare reports for Industrial Commission hearings and BWC orders or motions.
What You Will Do
Monitor and document claims activities, including adjusting benefit plans, declaring overpayment allocations, and stopping improper medical payments. Prepare recovery packets and calculate overpayment and actuarial savings totals.
