Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Application Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support business applications used within a manufacturing and engineering environment. This is a hands-on development role for someone who can take ownership of applications throughout the full development lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, test, and deploy business applications using C#/.NET technologies. Develop and enhance applications utilizing ASP.NET MVC and/or .NET Core. Troubleshoot production application issues using logs, system information, and other diagnostic tools.

Requirements
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong professional development experience with C# and .NET
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC and/or .NET Core
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
- Working knowledge of IIS and web application deployment
- Experience with Git/source control and modern development workflows
- Understanding of unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and software quality practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and support applications in a production environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to translate business needs into effective software solutions
