Job Description
CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to fill pharmacist scheduling gaps and support pharmacy teams in the district. The DSP will work under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager and Rx District Leader to support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, patient care, and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
  • Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
