Job Description
Cabin Leaders are the primary caregivers for each camper, responsible for planning, teaching, coordinating, and carrying out activities to guide campers in their personal growth and daily schedule.

Requirements

  • Assist in the direction, supervision, and organization of campers
  • Apply basic youth development principles in working with campers
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety in all activities
  • Provide daily care of each camper
  • Be a role model to campers and staff
  • Follow and uphold all safety and security rules and procedures
  • Contribute to verbal and written evaluations and communication
  • Participate enthusiastically in all camp activities
  • Stimulate enthusiasm in campers during inspections and other activities
  • Prepare and present daily cabin devotions
  • Develop and implement exciting and meaningful cabin activities and campfire skits
  • Observe daily reveille and curfew hours
  • Complete weekly statistic and evaluation forms
