Job Description
The Cabin Leader is responsible for the supervision and care of a group of campers, leading daily activities, and ensuring a safe and positive experience for all.

Requirements

  • Personal relationship and commitment to Jesus Christ
  • 18+ years of age
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (may be obtained on site)
  • Experience providing childcare and supervision
  • Ability to use positive behavior management techniques with campers and an ability to adapt to difficult situations with a sense of maturity and safety
  • Maintain a high standard of Christian personal living and behaviors
  • Be supportive of The Salvation Army’s mission
