Role OverviewSupport SQA's national inspection team in the field by performing quality inspection for Cable and Harnesses. Represent clients on-demand and on-site to support quality improvements.
What You Will Do
Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections at client suppliers. Verify products meet quality and specification standards, and ensure shipping documentation is accurate.

Must have 3+ years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler, with knowledge of cable and harness assembly methods. Proficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC) and fluent in English.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler
- Diploma or GED from an accredited high school or technical school
- Knowledge of electronic contract manufacturing and LEAN manufacturing a plus
- Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and identify wiring components
- Proficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC)
- Strong organizational, communication, and software adaptation skills
- Must be fluent in English
- ITAR Compliance required with background checks as necessary
