Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of engineering experience supporting the design, development, or manufacturing of complex electromechanical products.
- Experience successfully launching new products and manufacturing processes into production environments.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, manufacturing processes, and process optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with process development, troubleshooting, constraint analysis, flow optimization, process validation, and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and process capability studies using tools such as Minitab and Excel.
- Knowledge of process control methodologies, manufacturability principles, assembly processes, and cost reduction strategies.
- Experience applying Six Sigma, DMAIC, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong organizational, documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
