Role OverviewAs a Cable Technician, you'll be the face of CUI in the field, delivering reliable, high-quality service directly to customers. You'll install, troubleshoot, and repair internet, cable TV, phone, and alarm systems, and ensure every installation meets quality, safety, and customer experience standards.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include installing, troubleshooting, and repairing internet, cable TV, phone, and alarm systems, performing service upgrades, relocations, and audits, and educating customers on their services and equipment.

Requirements
- Previous cable, fiber, or broadband installation experience required
- Comfortable working with tools, technology, and hands-on problem solving
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights (ladders up to 30 ft.)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
