Role OverviewAs a CAD BIM Manager, you will lead the creation, integration, and long-term management of data center Lifecycle drawing sets across Switch campuses. This role exists to ensure all building documentation is complete, accurate, and continuously maintained to support construction, operations, and future development.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage the CAD/BIM team, own the creation and maintenance of Lifecycle drawing sets, ensure all as-built, redline, and record drawings are integrated into a single, accurate building set, and develop automation tools to streamline document processing and integration.

Requirements
- 5+ years of CAD/BIM management or leadership experience
- 10+ years of drafting experience across MEP and building systems
- Experience managing drawings across full lifecycle (design? construction? operations)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows
- Experience working with document management systems and repositories
- Ability to manage multiple projects across locations
