Job Description
The Montana Youth Challenge Academy is seeking a Cadre Instructor to create a safe and structured environment for youth at risk of high school dropout. The Cadre Instructor will model leadership and conduct, and offer direct instruction in leadership, military customs and courtesies, and physical fitness training.

Requirements

  • Must be a citizen of the United States of America
  • Must be able to pass background and driving record checks
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Montana drivers’ license
  • Must have a good driving record
  • Must be of sound judgment and good character, as indicated by reference and background checks
  • Must pass a pre-employment and on-going, random drug screenings
