Job Description
Solicit and identify new premium slot customers on the casino floor for the Caesars Rewards Program. Issue point vouchers and complimentary items based on customer account information. Maintain database integrity by following high standards of data entry.

Requirements

  • Must be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel and Caesars Rewards areas for the entire shift.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Must remain aware of ongoing changes and enhancements to the Caesars Rewards program.
  • Must be able to respond calmly and professionally in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work at a desk.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Responds to visual and aural cues.
  • Manual dexterity required to operate equipment including computer, telephone, copier, fax machine, ten‐key, embosser, printer, and bar encoder.
