Job Description
The Caesars Rewards Representative is responsible for soliciting and identifying new premium slot customers for the Caesars Rewards Program. This role provides fast, friendly, and excellent service while enrolling new members on the casino floor.

Requirements

  • Previous commission, telemarketing, or retail sales experience
  • Previous customer service experience with proven ability to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer experience
  • Ability to work any day of the week and any shift
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Gaming Sheriff’s Card / Gaming License
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must be able to work well with others and function as part of a team
  • Must present a well‐groomed, professional appearance
